What Is Big Green Chair?

It’s Big.

Big Green Chair is a big idea.  It’s intent is to gather and grow a community of  homeschoolers who embrace and enjoy a balanced use of technology in their homes and schools.  We are building unique paths through which we can interact and connect with each other – a place where we can find and store inspiration, resources, and accomplishments.  As the architecture unfolds over at Big Green Chair you can engage us on the Blog, Pinterest, Twitter, and FaceBook.

It’s Comfy.

Technology can be impersonal, leaving us feeling disconnected and separate.  But technology can also bring us together and foster relationships, too.  Big Green Chair is a place for families who are comfortable with the use of technology in their homes and school. If this sounds like you – stick around as we continue to build.

It’s Where Love and Learning Meet.

The motto of the Big Green Chair blog is Where Love and Learning Meet.  That’s exactly what we hope happens here. You can read more about us at Our Story.  And we might as well introduce you to Bitty while we’re at it since he pops up from time to time!

We are glad you took the time to stop by – we like to engage our community. You can do that by liking our Face Book Page, following us on Twitter, following us on Pinterest, signing up for our newsletter in the sidebar, leaving comments on the blog or emailing us at someoneimportant@biggreenchair.com.

Thanks,

David and Amber Benton
